Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez labeled as "extraordinary"
the visit of his Argentinean counterpart Néstor Kirchner,
who arrived in Venezuela to execute a number of economic and
energy agreements.
"President Kirchner's visit is extraordinary and we have
cashed in on it to energize turbine No. 11 of this Caruachi
great project," Chávez declared on leaving the powerhouse.

This is the least that President Hugo Chávez has uttered to refer to the US government. In urging the Bolivarian Armed Forces to prepare for war, he said that a US raid on Venezuela through Colombia would trigger and spread over the region "the 100-year war."
