Minister of Energy and Petroleum Rafael Ramírez has
disclosed that a Venezuelan refinery will be built in Vietnam
next year as part of the energy exchange expansion plan bolstered
by state-run holding Petróleos de Venezuela (Pdvsa).
The minister told official TV channel Venezolana de Televisión
that Vietnam is one of the countries showing the largest economic
growth in the world, official news agency ABN reported.
He recalled also that during a visit paid recently to Malaysia,
President Hugo Chávez executed a number of agreements
for development of technologies aimed at manufacturing of
biofuel.
