Venezuelan Foreign Affairs Minister Nicolás Maduro Monday
blamed "racist oligarchy" for dynamite attacks perpetrated
early Monday morning near the Venezuelan Consulate and a building
used by Cuban doctors in the eastern town of Santa Cruz.
"This terrorist attack has mastermind and perpetrator: (Bolivia's)
racist and reactionary oligarchy," said the minister.
"We have seen in the last few hours how the anger, hate and
moral degradation of this racist oligarchy have been unleashed.
For them, calling President (Hugo) mulatto is an offense,"
Maduro added.
