Book "Afiuni. La Presa del Comandante" christened


Francisco Olivares, the head of the section of Investigative Journalism of daily newspaper El Universal christened last Friday his book Afiuni: La presa del Comandante (Afiuni: The Pray of the Commander). The book unfolds the story of Venezuelan Judge María Lourdes Afiuni, who dared to give account of the abuses she went through while she was held in prison at the National Institute for Female Counseling (INOF). The event was attended by politicians, journalists, civil society members, and representatives from different non-governmental organizations (NGOs) on Human Rights from Venezuela
