Venezuela's Communication and Information Minister Ernesto Villegas informed that an inquiry is already in place to determine the causes of the crash of a military plane (K-8 made in China) on Tuesday during the celebration of the Military Aviation Day held at Libertador Air Force Base, located in Palo Negro, northern Venezuela.

The minister added that the pilots were not harmed during the accident.

"Unfortunately, we had some inconveniences with one plane, the K-8. We must establish a difference between these planes and the Y-8. The latter was recently bought from China," the Minister said to radio station Unión Radio.

The dialogue experience

José Vicente Rangel clearly said: "We are not conducting negotiations threatened with a gun in the head." He warned behind closed doors in the midst of the social upheaval occurred during the oil strike in 2002 and 2003. Dissenting Timoteo Zambrano answered back that no other option was available: "The thing is that otherwise, you do not negotiate."
