Over 34,000 illegal firearms are destroyed in Venezuela
A total of 50,740 arms have been destroyed thus far, according to Minister of the Interior and Justice Néstor Reverol
On Friday morning, 34,509 illegal firearms were destroyed in Barquisimeto, the capital city of Lara state, in the context of Plan Disarmament.
Venezuela's Minister of the Interior and Justice took part in the operation. According to him, 50,740 illegal firearms have been destroyed this year.
The first massive destruction of arms took place last July 9. At that time, 16,231 arms that had been seized throughout the country were eliminated.
Alarmed because of the emotional breakdown suffered by his ally and his destiny; Fidel Castro requested asylum for deceased Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez in Madrid back on April 11, 2002. "The story had been much darker and more entangled than what some people's imagination has wanted to believe in and disclose," former Spain's President, José María Aznar, upholds in his autograph book published by late 2013.
