During a rally prior to the gubernatorial election to be held next December 16, Venezuelan Executive Vice-President Nicolás Maduro has informed that the recovery of Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez has gone "from stable to favorable."
He added that this may serve "to diagnose a progressive recovery of the commander." However, Maduro said Chávez had ordered to prepare the people "for any event."
Maduro also expressed his gratitude to prayers from different religions at home and abroad such as Uruguay. "In Venezuela, we are witnessing, thanks to Chávez, the love revolution."
