Venezuelan ruling party's elected governors to follow one single direction
The government slogan, "a single Government," implies complying with Simón Bolívar Plan
The slogan refers to the general guidelines that the 20 ruling party's governors shall comply with. The guidelines are set forth in the Socialist Plan 2013-2019 proposed by President Hugo Chávez.
As Vice-President Nicolás Maduro announced during the inauguration of Guárico state new Governor Ramón Rodríguez Chacín, the new governors shall present in 24 hours their state plans. Maduro reaffirmed that governors shall "comply with the guidelines set out in Simón Bolívar Development Plan."
