"I deeply regret that our Latin America brother Hugo Chávez, our companion in struggle, our fellow anti-imperialist president, a revolutionary, is facing such a difficult health situation. We wish him strength, a great deal of energy, for him to recover soon," said Morales Monday night in the city of Cochabamba, according to AFP.
"We feel that there has been a tremendous absence, especially for anti-imperialist, anti-neoliberal presidents. Good luck and strenght to his family as well. We are convinced that his medical staff will always accompany him to assist in his quick recovery," Morales added.
