Former Paraguayan president to attend rally in support of Chávez
The presidents of Uruguay and Bolivia as well as the Ecuadorian and Argentinean foreign ministers will be participating in the events scheduled for Thursday in Venezuela in support of President Hugo Chávez

Former Paraguayan President Fernando Lugo will be attending a rally in Venezuela on Thursday in support of Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez, who is currently in Cuba recovering from a cancer surgery, and who announced that he will not attend his swearing-in ceremony for his new term in office.
According to state-run news agency AVN, other Latin American leaders will be attending the event as well, namely José Mujica, Uruguay; and Evo Morales, Bolivia. Argentinean Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman and his Ecuadorian counterpart, Ricardo Patiño, will also travel to Venezuela to attend the rally.
