Argentinean president arrives in Cuba to visit Venezuela's Chávez
According to news agency Télam, Argentinean President Cristina Fernández was welcomed at José Martí international airport by Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez
Venezuelan state-run news agency AVN informed that the Argentinean head of state was welcomed at José Martí international airport by Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez, according to information released by news agency Télam.
President Fernández's visit took place one day after her foreign minister, Héctor Timerman, as well as other leaders from Latin America and the Caribbean, joined a mass rally staged in Caracas in support of Hugo Chávez, who failed to attend his inauguration for his new term in office.
