Venezuelan Vice-President Nicolás Maduro to travel to Cuba

The executive vice-president said that he along with the Argentinean and Peruvian presidents would be attending some activities in Havana

Venezuela's Executive Vice-President Nicolás Maduro confirmed on Friday that Argentinean President Cristina Fernández arrived in Havana and informed that Peruvian President Ollanta Humala would be traveling soon to Cuba as well.

The vice-president also announced that he would take part in some activities that will be held in Havana in the next 24 hours. He appointed Energy Minister Héctor Navarro as acting vice-president.

Maduro asserted that the Government will continue working in the projects scheduled for 2013.
