Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez's supporters on Monday are commemorating the 21st anniversary of the military uprising of February 4, 1992 at Pagüita Square, near the Miraflores presidential palace, northwest Caracas.

The celebration will begin after a special ceremony at the Military History Museum, at 23 de Enero neighborhood.

Chávez's followers are to participate in rallies in different places in west and downtown Caracas.

The celebration includes a "civilian-military surprise," said Executive Vice-President Nicolás Maduro on Saturday.

Luis Jiménez Alfaro seems to have hidden under the rocks. The last time he was seen was on April 2006 walking calmly around Simón Bolívar International Airport of Maiquetía, located nearby Caracas.
