Venezuelan Cardinal pleased at Chávez's return
Cardinal Urosa Savino hoped for Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez's promptly inauguration so that he can start his new constitutional period
Urosa welcomed the head of state and said he was pleased at his return.
Monsignor Urosa Savino estimated that Chávez's come back may imply that the Venezuelan leader is in better health condition.
He also hoped for President Hugo Chávez's promptly inauguration so that he can start his new constitutional period.
